1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Anti-Spy Camera Detector mobile application ("the App"), developed by Alexarix Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). The App is a premium utility designed to help users identify potential hidden surveillance devices.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Overview

Anti-Spy Camera Detector is a security tool designed to assist users in scanning their environment for potential hidden cameras and other surveillance devices. The App employs a combination of methods, including:

  • Smart Network Scanning: Analyzing Wi-Fi networks to discover and evaluate connected devices.
  • AI-Powered Device Analysis: Using an AI agent to classify devices and assess potential security risks.
  • Smart Security Score: Generating a comprehensive security rating based on multiple factors.
  • Immersive Audio & Haptic Feedback: Providing intuitive audio and vibration cues based on detection signals.

3. Important Disclaimers & Limitations

Important Notice

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE APP IS A PREVENTATIVE SECURITY TOOL AND NOT A GUARANTEE OF SAFETY.

No Warranty: The App's detection capabilities are not infallible. Advanced, non-network-connected, or expertly hidden devices may not be detected. Conversely, the App may occasionally flag benign devices (false positives).

Environmental Factors: The effectiveness of network scanning can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as network security protocols, signal strength, and device configuration.

Professional Advice: This App is not a substitute for a professional security sweep conducted by trained personnel in high-risk situations.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your safety, security, and any actions you take based on the App's output.

4. AI Analysis & Data Processing

To provide the AI Device Analyzer feature, the App collects and processes certain information:

Network Data: The App scans the local network to which your device is connected, collecting technical identifiers and metadata of other devices on the network.

AI Processing: This aggregated, anonymized device data is sent to our secure AI agent for analysis and classification to identify potential surveillance devices.

Anonymity: The data sent for AI analysis is designed to be non-personal and is used solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features, such as unlimited AI scans or advanced detection algorithms.

Payment: All subscriptions are billed and managed exclusively by Apple Inc. through your App Store account.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: We do not handle payment processing or issue refunds. Any billing inquiries must be directed to Apple Support.

6. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful and personal security purposes.
  • Not use the App to scan networks or properties you do not have permission to access.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Not use the App for any commercial or malicious purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Adapty: For managing subscriptions, user segmentation, and analytics.
  • Appsflyer: For anonymized install attribution and campaign analytics.

These services collect anonymized, non-personal data under their own privacy policies. We are not liable for the data handling practices or any issues caused by these third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, features, AI technology, branding, and "Smart Security Score" methodology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Alexarix Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexarix Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.
  • Any failure to detect a surveillance device.
  • Any actions you take based on the App's analysis.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.

By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
